u-blox to demo live GALILEO satellite tracking at CeBIT Thalwil, Switzerland (ots) - u-blox, the leading Swiss provider of GPS receiver technology, will perform live GALILEO satellite tracking demonstrations at the 2008 CeBIT trade show to be held in Hanover, Germany, on its revolutionary u-blox 5 A-GPS and GALILEO- ready chip. u-blox commitment to stay at the forefront of GALILEO development has led it to participate in several EU-funded research projects, such as the GREAT project[1], aimed at developing next generation GALILEO receivers for mass market applications. CeBIT, which runs from March 4-9, is the worlds leading ICT show and is expected to attract nearly half a million visitors and over 6000 exhibitors this year.
